Immigration legal counsel
We review your case before you invest, explain which visa could apply (such as the E-2 or EB-5) and what requirements you would need to meet, and prepare and file your application.
We look at your nationality, your profile and your goals to tell you whether an investor visa is a viable path for you.
Pick the lot and home model that best fits your investment, and follow construction from anywhere in the world.
We gather the documentation for your investment and present your case to the immigration authorities.
No investment guarantees a visa. Approval depends on your nationality and on the amount and structure of the investment, and the decision is made by the US government. Marbella Investments and Tinoco Law Firm are independent companies: Marbella does not provide legal advice and Tinoco Law Firm does not provide investment advice.
Founding attorney
Francisco was born and raised in South Texas to immigrant parents. He knows first-hand what it means for a family to build a life in this country, and he treats every case personally.
He studied at Columbia University in New York — a B.A. in American History and a J.D. from Columbia Law School — and practiced at international firms such as Clifford Chance before opening his own firm in 2008.
Since then he has represented clients from more than 15 countries, from families seeking to reunite to professionals and investors building businesses in Texas.
